We have used Bug-N-A-Rug for several years but finally had to close our account. As a work at home professional, I'm unable to be available any time they feel it's time to come.

On three separate occasions I have politely asked to call before they are coming in order to do two things ensure I'm available, or that I'm even home.

All 3 times they have showed up unannounced with the expectation that they can do as they please.

I appreciate the years that the service has been provided but after numerous professionalism issues it's time to move on.
