I have used this company for two years as part of a 10 year termite bond. When BUG-N-A-RUG came to treat my home for termites two years ago, I would say that they did great work. The crew showed up when they were supposed to, they were fast and clean. As part of the termite bond, I must get a yearly inspection, if I choose to continue the contract. Last year, the second year of the contract, I was notified by email and phone that I needed to schedule the yearly inspection.
