They are incredible. They take care of my house and my wrighrsville beach office. Very fast response time and I've had 100% satisfaction! Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for the service call today! I didn't catch the gentlemen's name today but he was a great representative of Bug-n-a-Rug! He said this wasn't his usual area which kind-of bummed me out. He was so kind and knowledgeable.

I bought a house August 2018. They had a termite bond on the house and a sump pump and dehumidifier under the house. They had also encapsulated my crawl space. They came back over 10 times to get it right. It’s still not right. The encapsulation is falling down never put up correctly the first time or the second time. The sump pump, after complaining 5 different times about it had to be replaced and it leaks. They treated for termites. I have contractors here and they found active termites!

Cory was great! He was right on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and took COVID safety precautions by wearing a mask inside our home, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Cory when reaching out to Bug-N-A-Rug for their services!
