They *know* their bugs and critters here in Wilmington, and will advise you but won't try to up-sell you on things you don't need or ask about...Reasonably priced and up-front quotes, they also understand when a same-day response time is crucial. I spoke with Bree in the late morning, she had David, The Rodent Warrior out two hours later. He removed 2 dead fat rats (yes rats!) from my basement and cleaned up all the droppings without nary a complaint.
